I taked h'ween mask set from rare shop donator cuz I think price to h'ween is 4-6m buy I see there a lot of that rare in-game and it's only 700k-1m how the price to that rare can to be like that and I think people getting it from any monster drop cuz too much mask in-game and price to much lwo too h'ween mask "rares"??

You only donate for Donator h'weens or buy it from other players to get it, not by a drop from monsters.
I think the price went down cause it's useless.

Prices change it's how the ECO works.  As Ammer12 stated, they cannot be dropped by a monster, only bought from the donator store or from other players.

It's not really our decision, players who can change the prices.

But only red, blue and green. Not the donator ones.
