Depends in the Zamorak, Bandos & Armadyl chamber their best drop are Shards 1-3.
But in the Saradomin chamber the minions have a chance to drop a Saradomin Sword.

Can confirm, droprate is 1 in 50 for the Saradomin sword from Starlight, Growler and Bree. Inb4SSpricecrashing

Rest they drop is mainly godsword shards, rune platelegs/skirt/body, steel arrow/darts, manta ray, herbs and crushed nests.
