I believe there are 100 spaces for Free Players and 200 for Members.

You can easily make friends when meet, chat, play with players in-game so if you're looking for friends try to do PvP/PvM/Skills with a partner that you would find in the same place.
Another good communication between players is the official "Thomy" clan chat which you can argue, talk, ask with other players.
