people have lost their interest in game, some has grown up, some has moved to other games.

I really believe the best way to get more people to play this game is to advertise the game more, it is important to get new users and not the already quite players because it also equals the levels out. Although this method would be effective it cost money which this game apparently doesn't have
Just imagine if on the top right end on YouTube emps world popped up for people to click on, maybe that could get us thousands!i personally want more people to play because it has always been a dream for me that emps world would bring a pvp only server like in Rs
