You can either recover them with your e-mail account if you ever had registeration on the exact account OR if your ip matches which I highly doubt since it's been 2 year+ since shutdown.

Other than that, most likely a NO.

I am super dragon i remember i had a arma set and ss and i really miss my account and my best friend is ownu972 he wanna help me get my account back i was in a clan call tom and tom was the best clan ive ever had, and i remember the clan pizza. :(
