Where can i get skeleton set and chicken set and santa set??!! People walk around with them like Eddie1408. Is that a mod/admin only thing or there is a secret shop somewhere. Would love to get an answer by PM. Otherwise people will know where to buy them D:

They are basically a rewards from quests, so in order to receive them you have to finish the current quests.

1, To get skeleton armour you should start the quest by talking to dr Fenkenstrain, which is located in Fenkenstrain's Castle.
2, You need to talk to santa at falador's park.
3, I really forgot, sorry.

1. is definetly wrong since when i completed the mission I only got a shadow sword.

Have you tried to talk to Eduard/Georgy at canifis to start the quest?
