I believe he's talking about the npc.

When you first enter safe wildy you'll see a set of footprints in the sand. Follow them until you find the area.

Check the map, it is called Desert Mining Camp. Must be there.

Providing an image to specify the right destination would work, you better use the map;
Follow the red color that I lined:
Teleport to Al-kharid - Shantay Pass - Desert Mining Camp.
