Emps got taken down, what has thomy done/can do to make sure it wont repeat?

For Emps being taken down, well that is just impossible to know, it's very possible it could happen again but if you look at how long it was around for before it happened it was many years of fun so as we play now we just have to know that one day it could happen but we will never know when or even if it will happen, just like an Earthquake or tsunami.

But yeah, no one will say why Emps-Scape got taken down, nor do we know how long Emps-World will be up for. As far as I'm concerned, I'd love Emps-World to be up for as long, or longer, than Emps-Scape was.

I think I have an idea of why Pim got demoted, don't think I'm allowed to say though..

But wasn't Thomy playing some sort of act with Jagex or something to keep Emps-World going? Because I'm pretty sure he had to sign a contract of some sort confirming that he wouldn't make another RSPS.
