Yes, there is an option for that on the website, you need to log in to one of your accounts registered to that e-mail though.

Yes you can, if you remember the usernames then you'll just need to have a valid E-mail which you can send an account recovery confirmation.

Click on login and press on (Can't remember password?) button and fill in the required, you find that here http://emps-world.net/
Make sure that you have an registered account.
