I'd suggest you to post a ticket under account recoveries, with the information you've got!

You can recover your account by yourself by going to the following link: http://emps-world.net/index.php (click login and then click on forgot password)

If you cannot remember those details, you can post in the helpdesk with the following link: http://emps-world.net/forum/index.php?action=helpdesk;sa=newticket (click on account recovery)
