im trying to do the agility.. i remember its at karamja but when i do ladder it walks me out asked someone told me it moved but where to? in advance thank you!

It's at the house to the left of the banker(assuming you're facing north) at kamaja. While in the house, you should see a stair, climb down and that's about it
