there is tons of suggestions, suggested and bugs reported.....
but where is updates and fixes?
is thomy coming back? or he just going to close this server again? (i know he's got irl problems)

Probably. Don't think so, scape was closed by jagex. As far as I know there have been a ton of rumors about Thomy, I suggest not taking them seriously unless there is an official announcement about them.
