why it's so hard to get whip now? i wasted 3 days to get 2 whips seriously?
wtf happened? drop rate 1/800? or wut?..... please no stupid answers.

I don't think that the whip drop-rate was affected much (if at all) from that update.  We decreased it from 2.5% to 1.5%, I believe, weeks ago.

The drop rate is fine; you were just not as lucky as you'd have liked.
