Currently it is outclassed in every aspect by the battle hood (or the stat is the same). So buff it?

Same thing with morrigan's coif and statius helmet.

Agree with buffing it.

bandos helm - approx 14m atm > statius helm 20m (degradable)
armadyl helm - cheap af > morrigans coif (degradable) 20m
battle hood - 2-3 times less price than the degradable z hood.
