  • Discussing helpdesk tickets is prohibited. If you were banned in game, appeal here. If you were banned in the shoutbox, appeal here.

Nobody doesn't seem to give a crap about it: even moderators and admins keep breaking it on daily basis. Would it be possible to have another SB chat room to discuss tickets?

At least we could direct them to the other shoutbox, which could be toggled from the normal one. ???

We would need a custom made shoutbox. Graham made one in Emps-Scape, but the files got lost upon the shutdown. Feel free to make one, but it won't be easy.
