It scales with your level. Meaning the body is a level 50 body instead of the level 40 fighter torso.
While I do agree the armour is powerful, it certainly isn't OP. Strength bonus might have to be toned down though.

I mean, a worthless item should not have such good stats. It's rediculous that it's stats beat torso's.

Make it compete with level 40 armors, not 70, that's just bullshit. Work your ass off for a couple of hours for blessed d'hide and then this piece of trash just beats it statswise. > wtf?

It needs a nerf.
