Dark bow is stronger then the comp ogre bow plus dark bow has a special attack, I don't see the problem.

Their difference is 6 attack bonuses and a shitty special attack. You'll have higher probability of killing your opponent when using regular attacks instead of the special attack. I'd suggest that Ogre Comp Bow should only be able to shoot arrows up to rune. That should make the difference more noticeable.

It's not really bad, it only needs to have a higher special attack.

There is no need to remove the possibility of using dragon arrows with ogre composite bow.

I agree with this. Its special attack needs to get higher hits. Don't forget as well that you can protect your dark bow with prayer, which you can't with ogre bow...

yes wtf thats how it should be if ure 99 range and eagle eye you should at least be maxing a 38 with d bow we got kids lvl 80 str running around specing 30-30s with dds?
