Protection prayers op in pvp

The buff on the protection prayers is way too op in pvp.
I had a fight with a lvl 109, I had max gear he had a whip and fighter torso/hat, he eventually outhit me cos he had anti melee, I had smite on..
My max hit was 30, I was fully potted..
Pls nerf em again

The protection prayers are suppose to do that. When he used them he probably didn't want to fight you.
If someone has protection prayers on and you don't, he is suppose to outhit you.

You shouldn't even be able to kill someone who has food and no arm at all when he uses protection prayers.
What do you want, hit 45s through pray?  ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Verac's is much more accurate than dh when it comes to hitting through prayer, there's a significant difference tbh

And the protection prayers have technically already been nerfed compared to several weeks ago (not including the ultra nerf bug, but still worse than before)

This wasn't the case prior to my bug report about that. Dharok used to hit constant 40-60's.
