Item Recovery

Why Do we have "Item Recovery" in the Support section if no ones getting items back anyway. Removing it would avoid some confusion that comes when people don't get items back.


PS: I didn't lose items just pointing something out.

You can not preted whether they get their items back or not because all these cases can be only treated by staff members in the helpdesk which you can't (as a normal player) see those issues.

in old emps, i got hacked 2 times... stuff they foretell me every item that was hacked, but i didnt get my items back...

I believe this has been sufficiently answered? No need to dig it up. If you got hacked you'd want your account back, not your items.
