It looks like an old rag with orange paint stains on it.
I remember looking at fcape for the first time and thinking "wow, this cape makes lava flow from your back, that looks amazing."
Removing it's actual flowing was one thing, but science has gone too far imo.
I guess we could call it orange paint cape now.

The flowing is an essential part to it imo. It's not lava if it's frozen. Frozen lava is called Obsidian. Might as well call it obsidian cape and just change the color to black tbh

Like thomy said, the animation part will likely not happen? Guess you can replace fire cape by that kiln cape instead and give it same reqs same way to get same bonuses, and just delete the whole firecape.

It used to look like a cape made out of paper. It looked like a super slim monitor on your back that you could see lava flowing on.
Now it actually has more character, more depth and doesn't and these orange parts actually stick out.

I think this one has shitloads of more character than the old one. It looks like a orange toad but I like it.

I wonder if the colours can be changed, that would be a whole lot of improvement
