Of the look it is not the same as whip bc it looks like hasta has bigger accuricy, so lower the hit or accuricy just do it like whip bc whip is hitting lower as **** ...

I think what he meant is - Dragon Hasta is bigger than whip in size, so it should have higher accuracy than whip.
Am I right?

Actually, i think he meant that it looks like hasta seems to have higher accuracy compared to whip.
Actually, i've kinda noticed that too. Stats are same, but Hasta seems to hit more often than whip does. Maybe just bad luck, maybe just idk what.

They both have the same stats -> hasta has a maxhit of 25 without armor, whip 24 ???

It isnt possible, the stats are absolutely the same
The only difference is that you can train strength with it and  it has +1 more hit with swipe :)

Combat styles slightly affect the weapon. Because you can train strength with a hasta, it means that the strength combat style gives you a bit more strength bonus, resulting in +1 max hit.
The attack style of the dragon hasta and the attack style of the whip will be exactly the same.
The strength combat style of the dragon hasta does not have higher accuracy, i can assure you that.
