At the time of making this post, you can toggle accept aid on an Ironman account and get aid from other players. In my opinion, Ironmen shouldn't be able to toggle accept aid and it should be off at all times.

Currently it gives them access to potions that they may not be able to make yet.
If it was just healing or energy transfer I wouldn't have cared, but this is a bit too much imo.

Should be prohibited.

Exactly, they have access to all of the shared spells in the Lunar book (the ones that are working at least).
