Other
The entrance fee has to be paid some minutes before the tournament begins. Every participant can use whatever he wants (magic, melee, ranged, food, pots, etc.). Everyone will fight once. Everything is allowed except protection prayers.
However, the semi-finals are a Bo3 and the final is a Bo5. Players have the chance to change their armour after every fight if wanted.
Every attempt to manipulate the tournament (e.g. letting friends win on purpose, walking between fighters, etc.) will result with a disqualification (of both if needed) and/or different kind of punishments.

Protection prayers seriously? 10 arabs with protection on and 15 damn sbrews where's the fun in that.
And why not have a 10m entry fee? In that case more players jõin the event, at the moment it looks like there's a guaranteed winner for the rares already.

It would have made sense to let players use protection prayers if entry fee would be 0gp, at the moment I can already tell that Helari or whoever has set up the tankiest shit gear ever and is going to win it with 20 brews left and a smug ass look on his face. (Helari just an example)

I'm not even going to waste my 50m.

This isn't 1v1, this is bullshit.

Just make a minigame that evry one is in one room with anything allowed when u die u get kicked and last 3 people get transfered to another room and then get to re gear up for the final battle

So guys who can afford higher level gear have an advantage?... also if your higher level you have an advantage?... also the people who are slotted into the sections named A1,A14 etc.. have an advantage because they have one less duel to do than others.

I'm sorry but this really doesn't seem like a fair or effective way of doing this. If I'm wrong then explain please? , because the way I see it atm its really poorly organized.

No, it's organized just the way it is. There have also been events for noobs to get the old-schools (hide and seek, drop party, staking(0 skill)). After all, old-schools are the symbol of WEALTH and the wealthy people shouldn't be sharing the chance to get it with some random noobs. 50m is nothing for AN OLD-SCHOOL and even I, a poor ass mod, consider to take a part of this event.

Risk it for the biscuit.

Yea thats what i meant but i have  been thinking that theres could be no multing cuz people will get dds and just destroy someone with bandos imagine 5 people with dds special also if ur gonna make one make a rule that if ur not fithing someone evry 10 secs kicked cuz someone can stay in a corner and wait until hes 1 of the 3. I suggest u guys making a beta first if u plan on making fights pits
