Maybe there's a reason that EU is what it is and UAE isn't what it isn't?

Healthcare
Unity
Etc

Or this a debate who would win in a war or something? Cause Europe wins in this debate hands down.

Considering that a majority of the Middle East is a war zone, I'd have to go with Europe, preferably England or Italy. However, Dubai looks like an amazing place to visit.
