recovery program and games

So somehow i ended up formatting 9k songs (ripperoni my life) and i was wondering if someone knows a recovery program for a micro SD card. i searched on google but only could find free versions that recover max 1GB and also saw that all my files are still in my LOST.DIR map (where all formatted files are hidden) . Need a free and full program, or if you know something for product keys also wanted ::).

2nd question:
any1 know how to download games for xbox 360 and put them on dvd's? only gonna use it for offline games ofc duh :P
