Open Broadcaster Software makes me League of Legends lag whilst ingame. Are there any specific settings I need for recording or?

If your game laggs while recording your computer can't handle the recording, try putting the settings a bit lower to fit your specs.

I used it as a recording program few years ago. And I remeber I had to do something on settings so I could play any game without lag. Try to search guide for begginers in Youtube it helped me.
