New Laptop
« on: September 09, 2015, 05:18:20 pm »
So I'm getting a new laptop, all these years of pain, gg wooden pc.

So I'm not that good with comparing pc's when it comes to specs etc.

So I found these two

http://www.toshiba.com/us/computers/laptops/satellite/L50/L50-CBT2NX1

So can you tell me if they're good and which one is better?

Depends what you're getting it for. If you're just getting the laptop for school/playing emps you're good to go on both of them. General gaming will be horrible however.

Get the A8, intel is more expensive hence the 50eu difference, but comparable in performance

Theyre both pretty damn crap for gaming yea. If you want any decent laptop you should look at 600eu+ pricerange. I have a 900eu MSI and even I can't run some games on high.
Oh yea and if you can find one with a SSD or SSHD within your pricerange, go for it, they're the best.

looks good but like i said get the z40 for the nvidia card for those 30$. If you want to play games on your laptop its 100% required to have a videocard other than integrated graphics.

Do you realize how TERRIBLE a GT 820 is?
ABSOLUTELY do not recommend any from that list if your aim is decent gaming. Depends on your games though.

Why not just get a good computer? Laptops are overpriced and shitty if you want to play games on them.
