What do you guys think about this setup? The budget is 700 euros and can go over a bit... graphics card might be replaced by GTX 970.

Throw in a SSD if your budget still allows it because you've exceeded it greatly already. Currently it seems fine for me but I've never heard of Chieftec l0l make sure that the PSU isn't poor quality.

I have replaced most of the parts with better parts, same price.. they are on discount. But I do not know which Motherboard i should choose... there arent many.

1. Get the GTX 970 for around 320 €, its cheaper and better than 290 (bought from foorum.hinnavaatlus.ee since buyer is from Estonia)
2. Processor and motherboard are generation down. There is newer generation out (Codenamed Haswell)
3. Take the WD Blue 1TB HDD, because its faster and has 2x more capatacity for only 10 euros.
4. Inter-Tech case doesn't have good airflow coming from front of the case since there aren't any mesh.
5. 550W Silver certified Forton PSU is better choice than this chieftec.

Adding to it: Your motherboard is very good for overclocking, except for the fact that you don't have an overclockable (atleast not easily) CPU. Either get a cheaper motherboard or get a better CPU

Very awesome reply. Although i would like an ATX case and motherboard for the future, and how doesnt Inter-tech have a good airflow from the front? It has kinda meshy front. Already changed the PSU to the Silver 550W Fortron, and I dont need 1TB of memory, 500GB is fine as well. And bought the Geforce 970 GTX yesterday.
