for what games do you need it?
The gpu isn't the best there is, it will be enough to run some mobas but don't expect to play high end games with it.
If you want the pc purely for gaming you don't need an i7.
The i5 will give you all the features you need and it will cost cheaper, the i7 is used by graphic designers..

A r9 280x toxic sapphire  is an amazing gpu for a good price.
If you would like to have something from nvidia you should ask something from the gtx line , see the one you can afford.
I don't have experience with desktop nvidia gpu cards so can't give you a real advice , I'm more an amd guy :D

Looking at the specs, it's consider like a high level if counting from a standard set from low-extreme.

I would recommend some slight change though, like a 5th generation processor where your code will be i-7 5xxx series, graphics card is a bit old, but is good enough. DDR3 ram is good enough, if you want more consider for 16gb ram/higher MHz. Hard disk 500 gb is good, consider getting 2/making 2 partition. Alternatively, if you want more, you could try getting Solid-state drives (SSD). Install your windows 7/8.1 etc into that SSD, will make your computer startup even faster.

Overall, I rate around 8/10.

16gb ram is overkill for gaming.
8gb ram is more than enough, even if you have battle net ,steam, league, emps, porn tabs, skype, fraps open you won't use more than 8gb.
Like I said before the i7 is overkill aswell for gaming, it doesn't bring anything else for gaming , it's exact the same as an i5 just with some more l3 cache that isn't used for gaming at all.
The ssd may be a good idea to start up your pc and games faster, it's hella expensive though (1gb=1euro)

Gta V is very well optimized for PC and will use both CPU and GPU very efficiently. 750 ti will run the game on medium settings on 60 fps for sure.

1150€/1250$ for that kind of PC is a lot to be honest. Ordering through an online store (you can pay for assembly too surely!) would be much better choice or
building by yourself because you can decide what parts you want to pick etc.. and the price would be much lower than that.
It's up to you after all :p go for it if you want, that setup will run every game on the market for a few years depending on what games you play. 750 Ti is good for running games on medium settings.

You might want to consider diving into motherboards that support DDR4 RAM in the future. It all boils down to the point of your purpose for using the computer.

Might as well put some money into a high end gpu if you're looking to be gaming. 970's pretty decent.

DDR4 is expensive compared to DDR3 and you won't notice difference between them. DDR3 is good, no point on changing to DDR4 at the moment.

For that price, i wouldnt buy it.
I'd look for something with I5, and better GPU.Like Chazz said, GTX 970 is pretty good. Also, you could always make a SLI setup (More than 1 video card). In this case, the video cards have to be same. Like 2 970's. It would cost like 500-600 for both cards? (Depends how expensive the stuff is where you live)
I'd also get bigger hard drive. 1T or maybe even 2T.

@Edwin: 16 GB is too much indeed. It's not like he's gonna play Crysis 3, Far Cry 4, GTA V, Battlefield Hardline all at same time._.

For the cpu, i5-4690k would be great. It's basically the best price-to-performance CPU on the market right now for gaming plus you can easily overclock it for higher speeds. OR you could just buy the non-K version. Of course, a sensible idea would be to use a better CPU cooler as well, because the stock cooler by Intel is pretty noisy. A decent aftermarket CPU cooler's like 30-40€(about the same in dollars) here. The CPU itself is around 200-250$.

The GPU you listed is indeed old and there are definitely better ones for the price. To be honest, you could get a GTX 960 for a more budget friendly choice ( around 200$) OR the best price-to-performance ratio card on the market currently, which would be the 970 (~350$). OR, if you want to go full-out, get a GTX 980, although that costs around 600$ already.

A solid insurance would be to use a heftier PSU with those new parts. Of course, using calculators and such, the required wattage shows around 400-500W. That's fine, although I'd usually get atleast 100W more than the calculators online recommend. Also, if you can, get a better brand, such as Seasonic, Corsair (not all of those are good) etc.

In conclusion, the 1250$ price tag for your listed specs is pretty bullshitty. Basically, the parts you listed cost a maximum of 700$. Of course, that's without the case, OS and assembly, but it's a pretty hefty price. Where do you live?
Not quite yet.

Thanks for you Suggestions / Opinions guys.
I'll take a look at all of em.
About Graphic card I'll ask for a better one which is already listed here ( one of em )
Increasing the hard drive from 500gb to 1t won't cost me a lot so it wouldn't be a bad idea .
about the Processor if changing to i-5 ( as Fireblast12 said ) doesn't have any affects on gaming I would do that cus
with the same features the difference between i5 and i7 is around 250$ ( dis money can be used to buy 250gb SSD ) .
About da ram I think I'll keep it ' 8gb '

@Eestikutt09 ,  I think buying the same PC from online shop would cost me a lil bit less but at least from dis shop its much easier to fix da pc if I ever had any problems .

Thanks again for ur time guys ;)
