I got a problem with my laptop

Ok, so when I login to Emps, RS or basically any type of game including mostly League of legends I get a lot of connection errors and DCs..Now you may be thinking its my internet but in fact it isn't..I know this because I tried another laptop and I play Emps and RS just fine with no DCs or lag..It just happens on my pc but didn't do this before..Does anyone have any suggestions I can do to?

I have this problem daily :D a PC restart fixes it for me, at least, temporally :P

I'm guessing it is, because I cannot turn it on at all.  It gives me an error when I try to.

You should definitely check your firewall settings, but before you even do that you should uninstall and reinstall the most current java.

I have checked my firewall, it was off and gave me an error, I looked up a guide on youtube and fixed it.  Haven't lagged or dced, thank you. :)
