Hello i just wanted to ask if anyone knows whats the best free graphics design software out there something that i could use to make signatures, emblems, wallpapers etc... would be really appreciated thanks.

I used to have a signature like your one a good friend once made it for me and now I have lost connection with him due to emps-scape going down never heard of him again, can you tell me how you did it cheers :D

Gimp is a nice free alternative if you don't want to illegally download photoshop

just google Photoshop torrent and download the one with the highest seed/leech ratio. You'll need a torrent client like Bittorent or uTorrent to download it. Look it up on Youtube for step by step guides.
