On your keyboard, hold windows button and r, then release both at the same time, this will bring up the run interface. In the interface type 'cmd'. This will bring up the command prompt interface.

In the interface, type the following:

ipconfig/release

ipconfig/flushdns

ipconfig/renew

This will allow you to delete you activity of where you browse with the IP address you previously used and also to obtain a new IP address.

Hope it works.

Check if you have any proxy settings enabled on your internet settings, if so, uncheck it and let the router give you your IP adress. Also use DHCP like edwin says, and not a static IP.
