Im aware that registry is fucked bcus its obv from older issues (its mlikely notnram or hd) can someone tell me if win "reset" option requiers new win disk or some sort of versibon of new os. Im aware that win"refresh" doesnt but at this point im just gonna assume that issues persist after that. So before i go into win reset optibn can someone roughly explain what i need for it. Bcus if i need new win os disk im just gonna save for new pc. Also on phone so sorri for grammar and googling on this old phone takesway too long and is fkn annoyng

Also is there any point to buy new os to4-5yr old desktop with fucked registry. Idk how much pcs cost nowadays that get 200plus fps in csgo (atm pulling 100-200 with i5 and overheating gt 640)Most likely gpu and fans giving up soon also. So if i were to buy new pc for csgo thats better than this shit how many eurs i need to spend.EDIT:when im pulling avg 100fps with my old shit pc hm eurs on new pc that gets constant 300 inmcsgo on low settings
