Made elemental whip and it had 3747 charges at the beginning. Charges didn't reset after destryoing the same whip( orange whip + fire crystal ).

The way that elemental whips work is that when you create one, 5000 hits are 'registered' to your account. Everytime you attack something, you lose a hit. When you destroy a whip prematurely (before the 5000 charges expire), it does not reset the charges and they will carry over onto the next whip you use. This is how they are intended to work and therefore not a bug.
