The ava's accumulator has a 50% chance of preventing your next arrow to be fired, it does not decrease the chances of an arrow disappearing if it gets fired, and it does not pick up arrows if they get fired. So you still gotta pick up your arrows, although you have to pick up less as 50% stays in your quiver.

Weird, cause it does save 50% of used arrows in my ava's so that doesn't look very bugged to me

Do not take it personal on me, I have not caused the bug nor am I responsible for it in any way! I simply state I do not experience the bug so I like to know under which circumstances this bug DOES occur. That would greatly help in finding the origin of the bug.

What bow/arrows were you using for example?

I used a Zamorak Bow with Zamorak Arrows

I wear: Robin Hat/Ranger Boots
             Guthix Body
             Black Dragon Hide Chaps
             Rune Gloves
             Fury
            Ring of Stone
