Blood spells still don't heal accordingly. Blood blitz and barrage sometimes don't heal you at all or heal you for 10% only.

Tbh blood barrage/blitz is pretty much useless now. It heals between 2-9 max, even though you hit 70+. They pretty much ruined it.

IMO that, if anything, is broken.

Or do you mean total damage to multiple targets?
