Dunno if this help anything, but I was at Ice Strykewyrms about to pick up my arrows and at the very same moment I heard the pickup sound the screen flashed white because of the map loading. I did receive my arrows by they were still visible on the ground.
They've been there for at least 20 minutes for now. Definitely visibly stuck there.
