Well, I think when he tried to get down from stairs he clicked on the jail, so he auto-no clipped.

I start playing E-S since 2008, But i never worried about the jail thing, Because we don't have jail system here.

u just cant walk in that jail.
Or just go try walking into that jail if u still dont get it!
