Willow longbows require a Range level of 20 to wield. You can obtain Willow longbows with the Fletching skill, this requires Willow logs and Bowstrings. You can also buy them from Lowe in Varrock and Catherby for 398 coins.
Making a Willow longbow requires a Fletching level of 35, and will grant you 646 Fletching experience in total. You can use up to Mithril arrows with the Willow longbow.
