Varrock is a big city in the north of Emps-World. You can go to Varrock using the Varrock teleport spell from your Normal spellbook or by setting your home teleport to Varrock after you completed your Email registration.
You can also easily walk to Varrock by following the eastern road from Barbarian village.
Varrock is often used to train Smithing at the anvils near the two banks, and to fill vials at Zaff. Also you can find many starter players in Varrock to level up and buy items, or to mine Rune essence.
