Steel c'bow

Steel c'bow is a low level crossbow, it requires level 31 Range and can be bought from Lowe. With a Steel crossbow, you can use bolts up to steel. The Steel crossbow is a one-handed weapon. This allows players to use a shield, book or defender with it. The type of bolt will determine the ranged strength and thus the maxhit of the crossbow.
