Roddeck is a NPC, who is mostly used to deliver presents to, or for the quest Draynor Manor I.

Location

Roddeck is located inside the Draynor manor and is on the 2nd floor of the manor.

There are some misunderstandings with the floor levels. But to get to Roddeck you have to go just up the stairs.
