The Red partyhat is known for being the best partyhat out of all the other partyhats for its melee strength bonus.

Only the wealthier players tend to pure pk with the Red partyhat instead of their other alternative, being a Headband.

You can obtained one by using a Crystal key on the Crystal chest in the Dark warriors fortress.
