Mithril med helm

The Mithril medium helm requires a Defence level of 20 to wear. It can only be made by using the Smithing skill. This requires a smithing level of 53 and 1 Mithril bar and will grant 340 smithing experience. The mithril medium helm provides the same stats as the Mithril full helm, they just look different.
