The Master wand is an one-handed magical wand which requires a Magic level of 72 to wield. Although it does not conserve a kind of rune like most staves, it provides one of the best magical attack bonuses ingame and still has a chance of 36% to preserve runes on cast. It can be obtained as a rare drop from the King Black Dragon. You can also equip a book or shield with the Master wand.
