Iron ore

Iron ore can be mined from Iron rocks spread across the world, you can find a an abundance of Iron ore in places like the Al-Kharid Desert in the mines south of the city itself, or in the Falador Mining guild.
Iron ore is one of the resources required to create Iron and Steel bars.
There is also a fraction of a chance to burn the ore when smelting in a furnace if creating Iron bars, while having a higher [[Smithing level will grant the player less of that occurring.
