The Hunter cape is a skill mastery cape which requires level 99 in the Hunter skill to equip. The Hunter cape has decent bonuses and is sold by the Hunting expert located at west of the Grand Exchange for 158,593 coins. You can also buy a trimmed hunter cape at the Hunting expert. Both capes provide the same bonuses.
