Hundig is the starting point of the Barbarian Assistance quest. He can be found in a large building in the Barbarian village. He also assigns super easy Slayer tasks to any player, not just donator members. You can buy Slayer equipment from him, but the Slayer exchange is only available to members.
Hunding's assignments do not require any Slayer level or membership to complete. If you would like to change your slayer task from any slayer master, you can talk to him to receive a new task.
