The Dragon scimitar is a most commonly used scimitar that requires 60 Attack to wear. Dragon scimitar has a strong special attack; you'll need 3/4th of the special energy bar to disable all enemies' active prayers. Many players use Dragon scimitar for it's speed, good looks and possibility to hit high.
