The Staff of light is a one-handed magical staff that requires level 75 magic to wield. It has a special attack that reduces the damage you take for 1 minute at the cost of 100% energy.

Although it does not conserve a kind of rune like most staves, it has a chance of 40% to preserve runes on cast. It can be obtained as a rare drop from the Commander Zilyana.
